HYROX Training HYROX Is a global fitness competition that combines running with functional workout stations, designed to test both endurance and strength in a standardized format.
Action Fitness HYROX Training sessions give you a chance to train for in house HYROX simulations or take on a race for real! Balance Strengthen the body with an emphasis on core strength. Mind-body movements designed to increase muscle strength and tone abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and glutes to improve stability. Lift Develop strength, technique, precision and power.
